General FAQ's

All general admission tickets include one pass for entry into the GA festival grounds, vendor fair, food trucks, all bars (except VIP area), lawn games, general store access, portapots, band merchandise purchasing, and first come first serve to covered pavilion seating. Also, FREE Parking! 

No, unfortunately, we will have the course occupied by festival events, so the golf course and driving range will not be open during the festival.

Yes, you are allowed to bring a breast pump onto the grounds. Please keep in mind that security will most likely search your belongings more extensively than most others upon arrival.

You are not allowed to carry-in outside food or beverages into the festival grounds at Country Drive Music Fest. All bags are subject to search at any time. Please see the event bag policy for approved bag sizes. Any items confiscated by security will not be returned.

All alcoholic drinks will purchased using drink tickets. Drink tickets can be purchased using CASH ONLY. There will be ATMS available, but we recommend coming prepared to avoid lines. 

For festival ticket purchasing, we accept credit cards and cash. 

No pets are allowed in the Country Drive Music Fest grounds. Service Dogs, as defined by the ADA are allowed.  Emotional support, comfort or companion animals are NOT permitted.

3-day GA or VIP passes can only be redeemed by 1 person. You will scan your ticket in at the gates and receive a wristband for the entire Country Drive Music Fest. Lost or broken wristbands will not be replaced. Note: You can purchase a 1-day ticket for individuals who want to attend only one or two days of the festival.

You may bring a lawn chair WITHOUT THE BAG for general admission seating. You will be asked to remove the chair bag if brought in. There will be designated areas for General Admission attendees with chairs. Country Drive Music Fest is not responsible for chairs or other items that are lost or stolen during the festival. If you leave your property unattended it may get moved by others. Leaving property behind does not reserve a location on the festival grounds. Chairs can not be brought into the standing room only sections. Any chairs left from the night before will be confiscated. Chairs can be set out each day when gates open for the day.

All purchases made through Country Drive Music Fest are final. There are no refunds and no exchanges. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

Yes, all tickets will be available for purchase at the gates using cash or credit card. These will be based on availability. Some tickets may be sold out. We recommend purchasing prior to festival.

Yes, you may take pictures with your phone’s camera, but no selfie sticks and no professional photography equipment are allowed. You are not allowed into restricted areas to take pictures. No video recording is allowed.

Yes, if seats are available. You may also upgrade your 1-day ticket to a 3-day pass.

Everyone and their belongings are subject to search upon entry and at any time while on the music festival grounds.

We suggest purchasing tickets, passes, and add-ons early in the year, because prices increase as the festival gets closer. We do a tiered ticketing system that dynamically changes once a tier is met. 

Country Drive Music Fest offers FREE PARKING to all of our lots and all of our patrons. 

Although smoking is allowed, please be considerate of the people around you.

If your wristband is lost, damaged, or pulled too tight you will need to visit customer service at the Main Gate. If your wristband has become too tight, allow staff at the gate to cut it off, DO NOT remove it yourself. Removed wristbands will be considered fraudulent and you will need to purchase another ticket for a new wristband.

The festival is for all ages. We strongly encourage minors to wear ear protection. All minors 17 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times. There are no discounted tickets for children to this event.

You can order tickets online 24/7, or stop by Country Drive Golf Course during business hours at 951 County Road 4, Ashland NE 68003.

DO NOT purchase tickets anywhere other than from our official website. Third party tickets will not be honored.

There will be food trucks with many different food options available during the entire music festival. 

Water, soft drinks, beer, seltzers, and mixed drinks will all be available for purchase at the festival.

Our clubhouse will also be open with many soft drink and snack options as well as other festival necessities.

Country Drive Music Fest has a CLEAR BAG policy. Please review the size limits for non-clear bags listed under bag policy. Country Drive Music Fest is an outdoor music festival. The event is rain or shine, so you may want to bring a jacket or sunscreen. NO UMBRELLAS of any size are allowed. NO food or beverage CARRY-INS are allowed. NO VIDEO recording is allowed. NO PETS are allowed. All carry-ins will be subject to search by Security at any time.

Your VIP ticket will get you 3 days of music admission, admission to all days of the vendor fair, after party with DJ all three nights, access to all areas of the festival, along with access to the VIP area only. The VIP area includes front of stage access, private bar counter, standing tables, luxury restroom trailer, and complimentary water and soda. The VIP area opens each day at 4:00pm.

Bag Policy

Country Drive Music Fest has a CLEAR BAG policy. Please review the size limits for non-clear bags listed under bag policy. 

Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis for medically required items after proper inspection. All final onsite decisions regarding bags will be made by Country Drive Security. All bags and persons are subject to search at any time while on the Country Drive festival grounds, campgrounds or parking lots.

Hotels and Motels

There are plenty of hotels in the surrounding area. West Omaha, Elkhorn, and Gretna have multiple options that are within 20 minutes drive to Country Drive Music Fest.

Camping Information

No pets are allowed in the Country Drive Music Fest grounds. Service Dogs, as defined by the ADA are allowed.  Emotional support, companion, comfort or companion animals are NOT permitted.

Campers will not be allowed to drop off until campground opens on Wednesday. Please see campground check in hours located in the campground tab of our website.

  • $40 per pump or fill
  • Trucks will be circling the campground. Flag down the truck for service during service hours.
  • Thursday – Sunday, 6 am – 11 am daily
  • Service is cash only – please have the correct cash available.

No. We do NOT allow for any open flames. No fire pits, fire rings, etc. are allowed on property.

Yes. However your pool cannot exceed 2000 gallons of water. Pool fill options are available for purchase. There will be no access to hydrants.

Only one vehicle may be parked at a campsite under any circumstances, due to traffic and safety concerns. Any additional vehicles must park in general parking or purchase an additional overflow campground parking pass. Violators will be towed at owners expense.

Yes, but campsites are limited, and it is best to purchase them before the festival. The campgrounds may be sold out prior to the festival. There is no entry into the campgrounds without a Music Fest wristband under any circumstances.

You bet!  Our location’s campground is adjacent to the festival site and you can walk. Music Fest Wristband is required upon entry of campground. All campsites are under 1/2 mile away from festival entrance.

Each campsite is limited to a maximum of six people. You are allowed one sleeping unit and one driving unit per site. Music Fest passes must be presented for each person at check-in and a vehicle pass will be issued to the vehicle and must be displayed in window at all times.

The campground has a 1am-8am quiet time that will be enforced. No loud music permitted between 2am and 8am. Quiet generators only.

No Kegs or BORGS.
Cans are allowed. Please no glass. Please dispose of all trash in cans and keep campsite clean.
No weapons or fireworks are allowed and will be confiscated immediately.
Golf Carts, ATV’s, and Power Scooters are NOT ALLOWED on the premises. Strictly enforced!
Lawn chairs, picnic tables, lawn games are all encouraged!

Camping sites are all 25′ x 45′, with the exception of “Long Camping” sites, which are 25′ x 60′. Allow for room to level your camper and slide outs/awnings on your site.

YES! Shower trailers will be available for FREE to anyone in the campground.

ADA Information

All Country Drive Music Fest campsites are considered to be ADA accessible. We do not provide transport from your campsite to the festival gate or the seating area.

Yes. You and (1) escort may sit there. Country Drive Music Fest provides ADA accessible parking near the festival entrance. We do not provide transport from any gate or parking area to the seating area.

The ADA parking lot is located closest to the ground in the General Parking lot. Please make sure valid ADA documentation is shown upon arrival. Follow main entrance signage.
